The 5 Categories of Constitutional Restoration: Category II

Unseating Illegal Occupants & Shadow Personas

When the Wrong Voice Governs the Kingdom

By Alchemist Iris Chapman

Not every constitutional disorder begins with a structural breach. Sometimes the walls remain standing. The gates remain intact. The offices still exist.

Yet the kingdom is no longer being governed by its rightful steward.

Within the 18-ChakraVerse, Category II of Constitutional Restoration addresses one of the most dramatic patterns found throughout the Gospels: the unlawful occupation of the Inner Kingdom.

These occupations may appear as entity possession, overwhelming survival personas, deeply entrenched psychological fragmentation, or governing agreements that have gradually displaced Adam from the seat of constitutional authority.

Jesus repeatedly demonstrates that restoration is not merely the removal of symptoms. It is the lawful removal of unauthorized government.

Government, Not Micromanagement

One of the most important principles of constitutional restoration is understanding Adam’s proper role. Adam does not personally perform the mechanics of healing.

Just as a king does not personally lay every brick of a city wall or consciously command each white blood cell to destroy an infection, Adam governs through lawful authority rather than direct mechanical control.

Within the constitutional model, Adam serves two primary functions:

1. Adam the Inquirer

Before government can be restored, the true condition of the kingdom must be revealed. Adam therefore investigates. He asks questions. He uncovers hidden agreements. He exposes concealed loyalties.

Like Higher Adam throughout the Gospels, constitutional restoration often begins with inquiry rather than command:

  • “Do you want to be made well?”
  • “Who touched Me?”
  • “Whom do you seek?”
  • “Who do people say that I am?”

These are not requests for information; they are constitutional examinations. Each question exposes the government already operating within the district. Only what enters conscious awareness can be lawfully addressed.

2. Adam the Authorizer

Once the hidden agreement has been uncovered, Adam issues the decree. He authorizes restoration. He revokes unlawful contracts. He removes delegated authority from competing governments.

Then something remarkable happens: Adam does not personally repair tissues. He does not consciously regenerate nerves. He does not manually rebalance the energetic system.

The Father’s Original Design already contains the intelligence necessary for restoration. The permanent constitutional offices, the autonomic wisdom of the body, the elemental life force, and the Father’s sustaining order begin carrying out the work they were designed to perform.

Adam governs. The kingdom executes.

The Constitutional Crisis of Illegal Occupation

Category II concerns those moments when lawful government has been displaced. Instead of Adam governing under the Father, another authority occupies the seat.

Throughout Scripture, these foreign rulers appear in many forms:

  • Unclean spirits and demons
  • False gods and idols
  • Oppressive kings and foreign usurpers
  • Entrenched survival personas

Within the 18-ChakraVerse, these represent competing systems that have assumed governing influence inside one or more constitutional districts. The issue is not merely their existence—the issue is that they have begun making governmental decisions.

The Primary Constitutional Offices

Category II primarily involves three interconnected governmental districts:

1. The Solar Plexus Office

This is the constitutional seat of personal authority, decision-making, will, boundaries, purpose, leadership, and healthy self-governance. When functioning according to Original Design, this office governs with courage, clarity, and faithful stewardship under the Father’s authority. When compromised, leadership becomes vulnerable to internal usurpation.

2. The Lower Astral Gates

These are the gateways through which subconscious agreements, unresolved trauma, and foreign influences seek lawful entry. These gates regulate what gains constitutional access to the lower government. Without discernment, unauthorized influences gradually establish permanent residency.

3. The Emotional Center

This district is responsible for emotional processing, integration, and relational equilibrium. Healthy emotions serve government: they communicate, they inform, they move—but they must never rule. When this district loses constitutional order, emotional reactions begin issuing governmental commands that properly belong to Adam.

Fear becomes law. Anger becomes law. Shame becomes law. Survival becomes law.

Shadow Personas as Temporary Governments

Not every occupying authority is an external entity; many occupations arise through survival itself.

When Adam encounters overwhelming pain, rejection, betrayal, abuse, or prolonged fear, the constitutional government often generates temporary personas to ensure survival. These personas perform an important protective function during a crisis:

Shadow PersonaOriginal Protective Function
The Protector / AggressorShields vulnerability through force
The Controller / PerfectionistPrevents chaos by micromanaging outcomes
The Performer / PleaserSecures safety through external approval
The Victim / The Isolated OneConserves resources by withdrawing from threat

Initially, these personas preserve stability during crisis. However, constitutional problems arise when temporary emergency governments refuse to relinquish authority after the danger has passed.

The office designed for temporary protection becomes a permanent ruler. The kingdom survives, but it no longer lives freely.

Jesus as Judicial Restorer

The Gerasene Demoniac

Perhaps no Gospel account illustrates Category II more vividly than the Gerasene Demoniac. When Jesus arrives, He immediately begins a constitutional investigation. Rather than simply issuing commands, He asks:

“What is your name?”

Within the 18-ChakraVerse, this question is judicial—naming identifies governing authority. The response reveals the true constitutional condition: “Legion.”

The problem is not merely that many entities exist; the problem is that an entire foreign bureaucracy has occupied the district. Multiple competing authorities now govern where one lawful steward should reign.

Higher Adam exercises supreme judicial authority. He revokes their unlawful occupation, removes their governing rights, and restores the constitutional district to its rightful ruler.

The narrative concludes with one of the most significant descriptions in Scripture: the man is found “sitting, clothed, and in his right mind.” This is more than emotional calm—it is constitutional reunification. The fragmented government has become one kingdom again.

The Mute Demoniac

Another striking example appears in the healing of the mute demoniac. Speech belongs to lawful internal governance. When unauthorized authority occupies a district connected with expression, communication itself becomes restricted.

Jesus does not merely restore speech; He removes the unlawful governor preventing that office from functioning according to Original Design. Once the occupying authority departs, the office naturally resumes its intended purpose. The healing follows the restoration of government.

Why Jesus Confronts Before He Heals

Many readers focus solely upon the miraculous outcome, but the constitutional pattern reveals something deeper: Jesus consistently confronts governing authority before addressing visible symptoms.

  1. Authority precedes restoration.
  2. Government precedes healing.

Once the occupying power has been removed, the Father’s Original Design becomes free to operate without obstruction.

Restoring Single-Minded Sovereignty

The goal of Category II is not endless warfare against shadows. It is constitutional simplicity:

  • One kingdom.
  • One government.
  • One lawful steward.
  • One constitutional order under the Father.

As foreign governments lose their authority, temporary personas quietly surrender their emergency assignments, permanent offices resume their intended function, and Adam once again governs with clarity, peace, and integrity.

The Inner Kingdom becomes internally coherent rather than internally divided.

Constitutional Reflection

Category II invites every Adam to ask a searching question: Who has been making decisions within my Inner Kingdom that no longer belongs in the seat of authority?

  • Have fear, shame, survival, or old protective personas become governors instead of servants?
  • Have inherited agreements or foreign influences quietly occupied districts that belong to the Father’s Original Design?

Higher Adam shows that constitutional restoration begins not with force, but with discernment. Investigation reveals the unlawful government. Authorization revokes its claim. Then the wisdom already embedded within the Father’s living constitutional architecture carries out the work of restoration.

When the illegal occupants are removed, Adam does not become someone new. He simply becomes the rightful steward of the kingdom that was always entrusted to his care.
