Recognizing that raw perception without judicial evaluation produces paranoia and that surface observation without spiritual depth yields blindness, we affirm that the capacity to look beyond appearances while maintaining strict discernment is the essential court discipline of conscious self-governance. Sitting at the threshold between the visible surface and the unseen architecture of the 18-ChakraVerse, the Veil Constitutional Realm guards the sacred curtain of the Inner Kingdom under the judicial archetype of Dan.
This Constitution creates the governmental framework through which every citizen of the Veil Realm may learn to decode subtle undercurrents, separate genuine intuition from unhealed fear, gestate sacred truth until maturity, enforce vows of discretion, and judge righteous judgment at the threshold.
Article I: Constitutional Establishment
The Veil Constitutional Realm is hereby established as the Specialized Threshold and Judicial Constitutional Realm of the Inner Kingdom.

Section 2: The Shadow-in-Service State
The Shadow-in-Service State is a temporary emergency administration triggered during acute deceit, spiritual hostility, or active manipulation.
Limitation: Total obsidian opacity and strict veil-locking protect the core during active deception, but the curtain must return to transparent permeability once safety and truth are re-established.

The Misaligned State exists whenever constitutional authority is exercised outside its lawful jurisdiction or contrary to original design.
Characteristics: Dan becomes a corrupt judge; hypervigilance treats neutral events as threats; or the veil is torn down completely, cheapening inner sacred life for external validation.
