The Hidden Foundation of Spiritual Government: Earth Star Chakra, Judah, and Matthias

Most spiritual systems begin with the individual. They focus heavily on the self: how you feel, what you think, how you heal, and who you are becoming. They treat the spiritual journey as a gradual ascent from human awareness into divine consciousness.
The 18-ChakraVerse begins somewhere much earlier.
It begins before personality.
Before identity.
Before survival.
Before incarnation itself.
This is the domain of the Earth Star Chakra.
Positioned beneath the feet, far beyond the inherited chakras that govern daily human experience, the Earth Star is not concerned with emotions, relationships, belief systems, or even individual spiritual gifts. It governs something far older and more permanent: Covenant.
Within the constitutional architecture of the 18-ChakraVerse, the Earth Star Chakra is anchored by two pivotal biblical representatives: Judah and Matthias. Together, they reveal the hidden governmental foundation that exists before Adam enters earthly experience. Judah represents the original inheritance and authority entrusted by the Father, while Matthias represents the lawful restoration and continuation of covenant after failure.
Together, they establish the constitutional threshold through which every soul enters its earthly assignment.
Why Judah and Matthias Belong Together
At first glance, these two figures seem entirely unrelated.
Judah stands at the very beginning of Israel’s royal lineage in the Old Testament. Matthias appears near the beginning of the early Church in the New Testament, following Christ’s ascension. Yet, when viewed through the lens of spiritual government, both occupy remarkably similar constitutional roles.

Together, they demonstrate a profound constitutional truth: The Father’s government is established through lawful inheritance and preserved through lawful restoration.
The Earth Star Chakra reveals that before earthly life begins, Adam carries not only a divine assignment, but also a constitutional pathway for restoration whenever failure occurs.
Judah: The Original Inheritance
Judah represents kingship, inheritance, covenant authority, and royal destiny. When Jacob spoke his prophetic deathbed blessing over his sons, he declared over Judah:
“The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh comes.”
From this declaration emerged the royal line of David and, ultimately, the Messiah Himself.
Within the 18-ChakraVerse, Judah symbolizes something even deeper than historical kingship: Judah represents the soul’s original constitutional inheritance.
Before incarnation, every soul receives a unique assignment under the Father’s Original Design. Judah asks the foundational constitutional question:
“What has the Father entrusted to me before I entered time?”
Many people spend years—sometimes entire lifetimes—searching frantically for purpose because they have forgotten their original inheritance.
Judah does not search. Judah remembers.
Matthias: The Restored Covenant
Matthias appears only briefly in Scripture, yet his appointment carries enormous constitutional significance. Following Judas’ betrayal and death, the apostolic office was left vacant. The early disciples did not eliminate the office, nor did they redefine it to fit new circumstances.
Instead, they lawfully restored it.
Matthias demonstrates that the Father’s constitutional government is never built upon permanent failure. It is built upon faithful restoration. Within the Earth Star Chakra, Matthias represents the enduring principle that while covenant may be broken by individuals, the Father’s governmental purposes continue unbroken through lawful succession.
Matthias asks another foundational question:
“Will I faithfully occupy the office entrusted to me?”
His appointment reminds us that constitutional offices are greater than the individuals who temporarily occupy them.
Covenant Before Incarnation
Most modern spiritual teachings ask: “Who are you becoming?”
The Earth Star asks a radically different question: “What covenant did you accept before you arrived?”
- Before Adam learns survival…
- Before he forms an identity…
- Before he develops habits…
- Before personas begin to emerge…
There already exists a constitutional blueprint established directly under the Father’s authority. The Earth Star preserves the cellular and spiritual memory of that original agreement. It is the hidden governmental foundation beneath every lifetime.

Before Adam enters earthly existence, these two constitutional realities are already firmly established: Inheritance and Faithful Continuation. Together, they form the bedrock upon which every later constitutional office is built.
When the Earth Star Is Forgotten
When Adam loses awareness of the Earth Star, life quickly begins to feel random, chaotic, and disconnected from its original design.
Without Judah:
- Purpose becomes uncertain and elusive.
- Leadership feels intimidating or burdensome.
- Destiny appears purely accidental.
- Authority is either completely abandoned or heavily abused.
Without Matthias:
- Failure becomes final and fatal.
- Shame replaces the possibility of restoration.
- Vacant offices remain empty and desolate.
- Hope gives way to spiritual resignation.
The end result is a life governed by changing circumstance instead of eternal covenant.
The Hidden Foundation of Spiritual Government
Within the framework of the 18-ChakraVerse, the Earth Star Chakra is not merely a grounding center or a point of earth connection. It is the constitutional foundation of spiritual government.
Long before Adam learns to stand, speak, discern, love, or govern, the Earth Star has already established two eternal realities:
- The Father has entrusted Adam with an original inheritance.
- The Father has established a lawful path for restoration whenever that inheritance is forgotten or abandoned.
Judah reminds us that every soul arrives carrying an original assignment. Matthias reminds us that the Father’s constitutional government is sustained through faithful succession rather than permanent failure.
Together, they reveal the hidden foundation beneath every stage of Adam’s journey toward conscious co-rulership with the Father. The Earth Star Chakra is where covenant begins, where constitutional government is first established, and where every lifetime quietly rests upon the eternal faithfulness of the Father’s Original Design.
