High Heart Chakra: Where I Govern Love, Not Just Feel It

The Foundation: The Sacred Reunion of Soul and Creative Intelligence

Divine Compassion, Spiritual Authority, and the Discipline of Mercy

Opening

There is a place within me where love is no longer emotional, reactive, or relational.

It is governed.

Not controlled,
not suppressed—

but stabilized.

Here, at the High Heart Chakra, I am no longer asking:

Can I love without losing myself?

I am being asked:

Can I remain compassionate without losing truth?

Because love, in its highest form, is not something I feel.

It is something I hold steady—
even under pressure.

This is where everything changes again.

The High Heart Chakra in the 18-Chakra System

The High Heart Chakra is not an extension of the Heart.

It is a transformation of it.

It is not inherited.
It is not automatic.

It is earned through alignment.

By the time I reach this gate, I have already:

Anchored into the body (Earth Star)
Stabilized survival (Root)
Regulated emotion (Sacral)
Directed instinct (Navel)
Established boundaries (Sentinel)
Refined identity and power (Solar Plexus)
Proven relational integrity (Heart)

Only then can love evolve.

Below this center:

My Heart determines how I relate

Above this center:

My High Heart determines how I govern love itself

This is the turning point.

Human love ends here.

Divine compassion begins.

The Adam & Eve Dynamic in the High Heart

At the Heart, Adam and Eve learned how to relate.

At the High Heart, they learn how to lead through love.

Adam (Will) no longer seeks connection for fulfillment.
He becomes a stabilizing presence.

Eve (Holy Spirit / Creative Intelligence) no longer filters emotional exchange.
She refines compassion into precision.

She asks:

Is this compassion—or indulgence?
Is this mercy—or avoidance of truth?
Is this love—or fear disguised as kindness?

At this level:

Love is no longer emotional responsiveness.
It is spiritual discernment in action.

Together, they form something new:

A field where truth and mercy do not compete—

they cooperate.

The Sacred Function of the High Heart Chakra

The High Heart governs:

Compassion under pressure
Mercy without self-erasure
Love without attachment
Service without depletion
Authority rooted in grace

This is not emotional love.

This is structured compassion.

If the Heart is the Octahedron (balance),

then the High Heart becomes the field that holds that balance steady under real conditions.

Not in peace alone—

but in conflict.

Aligned Expression — Love as Governance

When my High Heart Chakra is aligned, I become stable in a new way.

I:

Remain compassionate without collapsing
Speak truth without aggression
Offer grace without enabling distortion
Hold boundaries without closing my heart
Bless without needing recognition

My compassion is not reactive.

It is intentional.

It does not fluctuate based on how I am treated.

It is anchored.

I do not love to be understood.

I love because I have become stable enough
to remain open without distortion.

Shadow in Service — The Refinement of Compassion

Before the High Heart stabilizes, it introduces pressure.

This can feel like:

Being tested in difficult relationships
Wanting to withdraw compassion under stress
Confusing kindness with weakness
Struggling between truth and harmony
Feeling the urge to control through care

This is not failure.

This is refinement.

Because without pressure:

Compassion cannot stabilize
Mercy cannot mature
Love cannot become governance

The High Heart does not amplify love.

It disciplines it.

Misaligned High Heart — When Compassion Distorts

When the High Heart is misaligned, love becomes deceptive.

It can appear as:

Spiritual superiority disguised as compassion
Avoidance of truth in the name of peace
Overgiving to maintain identity as “good”
Enabling harmful dynamics to feel needed
Performing kindness instead of embodying it

In this state:

I am not governing love.

I am using it.

And what appears as compassion
becomes distortion.

Why the High Heart Sanctifies the System

The High Heart is the threshold into true divine alignment.

If it is unstable:

Compassion becomes manipulation
Truth becomes harsh or withheld
Higher awareness becomes performative

Because without disciplined compassion:

Power corrupts
Truth divides
Spirituality inflates the ego

The High Heart ensures:

Love remains clean
as the system expands.

The Priest Transfigured — From Heart to High Heart

In the lower triad:

Solar Plexus = King (Authority)
Heart = Priest (Sanctification)
Throat = Prophet (Expression)

At the High Heart:

The Priest evolves.

No longer only discerning what is sacred—

I become a living vessel of it.

I do not just hold love as sacred.

I administer it.

This is where:

Compassion becomes law within me.

Chakra & Energy Healing Focus

The High Heart Chakra is significant because it determines whether my love can remain stable under real conditions.

This is where:

Emotion becomes refinement
Connection becomes responsibility
Love becomes governance

If this center is unstable:

I collapse under pressure
I withdraw compassion when challenged
I confuse softness with alignment

Healing the High Heart restores:

Steady compassion
Clarity within mercy
Strength guided by grace
The ability to remain open without distortion

This is where I learn:

Love is not something I feel strongly.

It is something I hold steadily.

High Heart Chakra Healing Practices

Compassion Under Pressure Practice
Remain calm and open during moments of tension
Train the nervous system to hold love without reactivity

Truth + Mercy Alignment

Stillness Practice
Hands on upper chest and solar plexus
Breathe slowly and observe emotional neutrality

EFT Tapping Sequence — High Heart Stabilization

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called “tapping,” is a mind-body practice that combines focused awareness with gentle tapping on specific energy meridian points of the body. Tapping helps calm the nervous system, release emotional tension, and bring awareness to thoughts, emotions, and energetic patterns that may be stored in the body. Many people use EFT for stress relief, emotional healing, grounding, confidence, fear release, and chakra balancing.

✨ How to Practice EFT Tapping

  1. Pause & Notice
Bring awareness to what you are feeling emotionally, mentally, or physically. Name the emotion honestly without judgment.
  2. Rate the Intensity
On a scale from 1–10, notice how strong the feeling feels in your body.
  3. Create a Setup Statement
Repeat a statement while tapping the side of the hand (karate chop point):
“Even though I feel this fear/stress/tension, I deeply and completely accept myself.”
  4. Tap Through the Points
Gently tap 5–7 times on each point while repeating a reminder phrase:
    • Top of Head
    • Eyebrow
    • Side of Eye
    • Under Eye
    • Under Nose
    • Chin
    • Collarbone
    • Under Arm
  5. Take a Deep Breath
Pause, breathe deeply, and notice any shifts in emotion, thought, or physical sensation.
  6. Repeat as Needed
Continue tapping until the intensity begins to soften and the body feels more calm, clear, and grounded.

EFT tapping is not about forcing emotions away—it is about creating a safe space for the body, mind, and energy system to process and release what is ready to move.

Round 1 — Release

Even though I withdraw love when I feel challenged,
I allow myself to stabilize.

Even though I confuse compassion with weakness,
I choose to see clearly.

Even though I struggle to hold love under pressure,
I allow myself to become steady.

Round 2 — Restoration

My compassion is grounded
My truth is clear
I can hold both at once

Round 3 — Embodiment

I remain open without collapsing
I remain strong without closing
My love is stable under pressure

Closing Reflection

The High Heart Chakra is not where I feel more love.

It is where I become capable of sustaining it
without distortion.

It is where I learn that compassion is not proven
by how deeply I feel…

…but by how steadily I remain.

And when that stability is reached,

love no longer moves through me as emotion—

It moves through me as law.

Chakra and energy healing is a fascinating topic. The idea that the flow of energy can impact how we feel physically and emotionally really makes a person think. It seems to me that more people are seeking out these practices for relaxation and balance. Can you tell me which method you would recommend for some one new.

This is a great question—and I appreciate how open you are to exploring it.

If I’m guiding someone new, I don’t start with complexity—I start with awareness and consistency, because that’s what actually builds results.

The most effective entry point is a simple three-part practice:

      1. Breath + Body Awareness (Foundation)
I begin by noticing my breath and where I feel tension or ease in my body. No need to “fix” anything—just observe.
This alone starts regulating the nervous system and brings the energy back into flow.

      2. One Chakra Focus (Not All at Once)
Rather than trying to balance everything, I choose one chakra based on what I’m experiencing.

      For example:

      • If I feel overwhelmed or anxious → I start with the Root Chakra (grounding)
      • If emotions feel out of control → I work with the Navel Chakra (governance and choice)
      • If I’m struggling in relationships → I focus on the Heart or High Heart

This keeps the work targeted and effective, instead of scattered.

      3. Add a Practical Tool (Keep It Simple)
From there, I layer in one method—not five at once. The most beginner-friendly are:

      • Breathwork → immediate calming and grounding
      • EFT tapping → helps process emotional overwhelm quickly
      • Color awareness → surrounding myself with the chakra color (this is subtle but powerful)
      • Sound/frequency → even soft background tones can shift state

If I had to recommend one method to start with, it would be:

      EFT tapping + breath awareness

Because it works on both the body (nervous system) and the emotional layer, which is where most people feel the impact first.

What I’ve found is that people are often drawn to chakra work for “relaxation,” but what actually keeps them coming back is this:

They start to feel more in control of their internal state.

      That’s the real shift.

If you’d like, I can point you to a simple starting routine specifically for the High Heart—since that’s the space you’re already exploring.

That’s a great question—and you’re right, more people are turning toward energy work because they can feel the difference when things begin to come back into balance.

If I’m guiding someone new, I don’t start with complexity—I start with stability and awareness, especially when we’re talking about the High Heart Chakra, where love shifts from something we feel into something we govern.

      Here’s the approach I recommend:

      1. Start with the body (not the mind)
Before working directly with the High Heart, I always ground first. A few minutes of slow breathing—inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth—while placing your hand over your chest helps bring your awareness into the body. This creates a stable base so the energy doesn’t stay abstract.

      2. Practice “observing love,” not chasing it
At the High Heart level, the work is less about trying to feel love and more about noticing:

      Where I overgive

      Where I close off

Where I feel responsible for others’ emotions

That awareness alone begins to regulate the energy.

      3. Use a simple daily alignment practice
      Nothing complicated—just consistency:

      Sit quietly for 5 minutes

Focus on the center of your chest (slightly above the heart)

Breathe and ask internally: “What is mine to carry, and what is not?”

This helps develop discernment, which is the core function of the High Heart.

      4. Add one supportive tool (not ten)
You don’t need everything at once. Pick one:

A calming essential oil like lavender or rose

A soft green or pink visual focus

      Gentle music or frequency tones

The goal is to create a repeatable environment your system recognizes as “safe to open.”

If I had to summarize it simply:
Start with grounding → build awareness → practice small, consistent alignment.

Once that foundation is there, everything else—Reiki, deeper chakra work, advanced practices—becomes much more effective because your system knows how to receive it.

If you want, I can map out a very simple 7-day starting routine specifically for the High Heart so you can experience it step by step.
