The Constitution of the Root Constitutional Realm

The Foundation of Embodiment

By Alchemist Iris Chapman

Preamble

We, the lawful stewards of the Inner Kingdom, establish the Constitution of the Root Constitutional Realm as the enduring law governing embodiment, stability, endurance, and faithful presence.

Recognizing that incarnation alone does not establish a flourishing life, we affirm that the ability to remain is the first great discipline of conscious self-governance. The Earth Star Constitutional Realm grants lawful entry into existence; the Root Constitutional Realm establishes lawful residence within it.

This Constitution creates the governmental framework through which every citizen of the Root Realm may learn to stand, endure pressure, return after failure, and faithfully build the foundation upon which the entire Inner Kingdom depends.

Article I: Constitutional Establishment

The Root Constitutional Realm is hereby established as the Second Constitutional Realm of the Inner Kingdom.

Its jurisdiction begins immediately following lawful incarnation through the Earth Star Constitutional Realm and extends over all matters concerning physical embodiment, structural stability, endurance, and presence.

The constitutional question governing this Realm shall forever be:

“Will I remain?”

Article II: Constitutional Purpose

The purpose of the Root Constitutional Realm is to transform existence from a temporary visitation into an enduring habitation. It is designed to establish and preserve:

  • Embodiment & Presence
  • Stability & Structural Resilience
  • Endurance & Constitutional Perseverance
  • Physical Stewardship & Sustainable Labor
  • Nervous System Regulation & Faithful Consistency

Article III: Constitutional Jurisdiction

The Root Constitutional Realm exercises lawful authority over:

  • The relationship between consciousness and the physical body.
  • The establishment of stability within material existence.
  • The regulation of survival responses.
  • The cultivation of endurance under pressure.
  • The formation of consistent habits and routines.
  • The stewardship of physical resources.
  • The development of resilience through disciplined practice.
  • The preservation of presence during adversity.

Jurisdictional Boundary: Matters outside this jurisdiction shall remain under the authority of their respective Constitutional Realms.

Article IV: Constitutional Symbols

The official constitutional symbols of this Realm are established as perpetual reminders of its lawful design:

Article V: Constitutional Rights

Every citizen serving within the Root Constitutional Realm possesses the right to:

  1. Remain present during difficulty and inhabit physical existence without shame.
  2. Develop stability through lawful practice and strengthen endurance through experience.
  3. Recover after failure and establish healthy routines.
  4. Cultivate resilience through discipline and receive correction without condemnation.
  5. Participate fully in the life of the Inner Kingdom.

Constitutional Decree: The Constitution recognizes faithful perseverance above flawless performance.

Article VI: Constitutional Responsibilities

Every citizen of this Realm bears the responsibility to:

  • Remain present within life and care faithfully for the physical body.
  • Honor lawful work and fulfill commitments.
  • Establish disciplined routines and cultivate endurance.
  • Return after every stumble and reject unnecessary escape.
  • Steward material resources wisely and contribute to the stability of the Inner Kingdom.

Faithfulness shall possess greater constitutional authority than intensity.

Article VII: Constitutional Laws

The following laws shall govern the Root Constitutional Realm:

  • Section 1: Nothing enduring is built without consistency.
  • Section 2: Repetition establishes stability.
  • Section 3: Pressure reveals structural integrity.
  • Section 4: Endurance develops capacity.
  • Section 5: Presence precedes progress.
  • Section 6: The nervous system shall serve conscious governance. Fear shall never assume constitutional authority.
  • Section 7: Every fall carries the lawful opportunity for return.
  • Section 8: Survival is a servant of the Kingdom and shall never become its ruler.

Article VIII: Constitutional Virtues

The virtues cultivated within this Realm establish its fundamental character:

  • Steadfastness & Patience
  • Discipline & Reliability
  • Courage & Humility
  • Resilience & Perseverance
  • Faithfulness & Presence

Article IX: Constitutional Threats

The lawful governance of this Realm is threatened by specific internal disruptions. Whenever these conditions dominate, constitutional restoration shall be required:

  • Chronic fear, panic, and hypervigilance.
  • Instability, avoidance, and escapism.
  • Disembodiment and chaotic living.
  • Abandonment of responsibility and survival-centered governance.

Article X: The Three Constitutional States

Every citizen serving within the Root Constitutional Realm shall function under one of three constitutional states of governance.

Section 1: The Aligned State

The Aligned State exists whenever a citizen exercises lawful authority according to the original design of the Inner Kingdom. It represents ordinary constitutional governance.

  • Characteristics: Constitutional authority is exercised within proper jurisdiction; stability governs decision-making; presence overcomes avoidance; endurance replaces fear; responsibility is faithfully maintained; and the Realm fulfills its constitutional purpose.

Section 2: The Shadow-in-Service State

The Shadow-in-Service State is a temporary emergency administration that arises for the lawful purpose of protection during periods of perceived danger, uncertainty, or instability.

  • Limitation: While this state may provide necessary short-term protection, it shall not permanently assume constitutional authority. Once stability has been restored, governance shall return to the Aligned State. Emergency governance exists to preserve the Realm—not to rule it indefinitely.

Section 3: The Misaligned State

The Misaligned State exists whenever constitutional authority is exercised outside its lawful jurisdiction or contrary to the original design of the Inner Kingdom.

  • Characteristics: Fear governs instead of wisdom; survival overrides stewardship; instability replaces order; avoidance replaces presence; and constitutional disorder spreads throughout the Realm, requiring immediate lawful restoration.

Article XI: Constitutional Education

The Root Constitutional Realm recognizes that lawful governance is developed through instruction, testing, and correction. Every citizen shall be educated in:

  • The value of endurance and the discipline of faithful work.
  • The stewardship of physical life and the restoration of stability after disruption.
  • The lawful management of survival instincts and the continual practice of embodied presence.

Educational Mandate: The purpose of constitutional education is not perfection, but maturity.

Article XII: Constitutional Relationships

The Root Constitutional Realm serves as the constitutional foundation supporting every higher Constitutional Realm. Every Constitutional Realm depends upon the integrity of this foundation. When this foundation is stable:

  • Emotional regulation strengthens.
  • Personal authority matures.
  • Compassion becomes trustworthy.
  • Communication gains credibility.
  • Wisdom becomes grounded.
  • Spiritual awareness remains embodied.

Article XIII: Constitutional Citizenship

The Root Constitutional Realm recognizes twenty-one lawful citizens who collectively administer the responsibilities entrusted to this Constitutional Realm.

The offices, duties, jurisdictions, authorities, and standards governing these citizens shall be established separately within the Root Constitutional Code, which derives its authority from this Constitution. No citizen may exercise authority contrary to the Constitution of the Root Constitutional Realm.

Article XIV: Constitutional Oath

Every citizen entering the Root Constitutional Realm shall affirm:

I choose to remain present.

I accept the responsibility of embodiment.

I shall stand when life becomes difficult.

I shall return whenever I stumble.

I shall honor my body and steward my strength.

I shall build patiently, work faithfully, and endure with courage.

I shall not surrender my government to fear.

I shall remain standing as a faithful citizen of the Inner Kingdom.

Article XV: Constitutional Ratification

This Constitution is hereby ratified as the supreme governing law of the Root Constitutional Realm within the Constitutional Governance of the Inner Kingdom.

It affirms that no enduring kingdom is established without a stable foundation, no lasting structure is raised without faithful labor, and no citizen may govern wisely until they have first learned the discipline of remaining. The Root Constitutional Realm therefore stands as the enduring Foundation of Embodiment, preserving the stability upon which every higher Constitutional Realm is built.

Constitutional Seal

“Stand. Remain. Build. Endure. For every enduring kingdom rises upon a faithful foundation, and every faithful foundation is established by those who choose to remain.”
