It represents the element of Ether or Spirit, and holds the vibration of:

  • Divine order
  • Higher consciousness

Its twelve pentagons mirror the zodiac, the 12-strand DNA template, the 12 tribes, and 12 gates of light.

The dodecahedron is not only a shape.

Though spirit may seem intangible, it is deeply embedded in your biology.

1. Visualization:
Lie or sit in stillness. Above your head, visualize a spinning dodecahedron of violet-white light. Let it slowly lower over your crown and nest gently around your body.

2. Breathwork:
Inhale: “I open to divine guidance.”
Exhale: “I dissolve into light.”

Let the breath grow quieter and lighter with each round.

3. Affirmations:

  • I am a divine being of light.
  • I trust the wisdom of the universe within me.
