Why Every Soul Carries Gifts It Was Meant to Share
By Alchemist Iris Chapman
Most people spend their entire lives trying to aggressively acquire something. They chase more knowledge, stack up more resources, hunt for bigger opportunities, and exhaust themselves for more recognition and validation.
Yet there comes a defining point in every evolutionary journey when a radically different question emerges. It is a quiet, paradigm-shifting realization that stops looking forward and begins looking upward.
The question is no longer: What can I gain?
The question becomes: What have I already been given?
Scripture repeatedly presents this distinction between what humanity earns and what humanity receives. Paul writes:
“In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will.”
— Ephesians 1:11
Inheritance changes the question. Achievement asks what you can produce through effort. Inheritance asks what has already been placed within your jurisdiction and what you are now responsible for doing with it.
This is the sacred operational domain of the Soul Star Chakra—the seat of the soul, located roughly six to eight inches above the physical head, outside the standard bodily matrix.
Within the architectural layout of the 18-ChakraVerse, the Soul Star Chakra is fundamentally wedded to the tribe of Asher. Among all the patriarchal and prophetic tribal blessings delivered across Scripture, Asher stands in a league of his own for his absolute connection to abundance, richness, systemic provision, and supernatural favor. His inheritance is consistently marked by overflowing oil, fertile ground, and extraordinary blessing.
At a superficial glance, these descriptions read like basic material prosperity. But beneath the surface lies a far heavier metaphysical truth. Asher reveals that the ultimate form of abundance is not what we physically possess in our hands; it is the exact divine currency we have been entrusted to carry within our design.
Why Asher Represents the Soul Star Chakra
The Soul Star Chakra exists far beyond the boundaries of ordinary, day-to-day human identity. It doesn’t care about your ego’s personality, it is completely unswayed by your earthly achievements, and it places zero value on your social status.
| HUMAN IDENTITY | SOUL STAR IDENTITY |
| Built on personality and ego | Anchored in eternal soul memory |
| Driven by earthly achievement | Sustained by divine endowment |
| Measures status and position | Stewards pre-incarnational gifts |
| Asks: “What have I built?” | Asks: “What do I carry?” |
Instead, the Soul Star acts as an uncorrupted cosmic hard drive, preserving the absolute awareness of what your soul was packed with before the matrix of the world attempted to teach you who to be.
Within the 18-ChakraVerse framework, this is where the words spoken to Jeremiah become especially significant:
“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”
— Jeremiah 1:5
The text presents a striking sequence: known, formed, sanctified, ordained, manifested.
Jeremiah did not invent his prophetic function after arriving on earth. His earthly consciousness had to eventually awaken to something that preceded his public expression.
Paul echoes this pattern:
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”
— Ephesians 2:10
The Soul Star therefore hovers over your existence, continuously asking three foundational questions:
- What precise spiritual gifts have I been given?
- What higher blessings are seeking expression through my current lifetime?
- What eternal inheritance am I explicitly required to steward?
These inquiries place us directly within the fortified, rich territory of Asher.
The Metaphysical Blueprint of Asher’s Blessing
Jacob’s deathbed blessing over Asher is layered with deep, sensory imagery:
“Out of Asher his bread shall be fat, and he shall yield royal dainties.”
— Genesis 49:20
Asher produces something capable of nourishing others. His abundance does not terminate with himself. What comes from Asher becomes provision.
Centuries later, Moses expands this prophetic mantle with stunning clarity:
“Let Asher be blessed with children; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oil.”
— Deuteronomy 33:24
Throughout the structural architecture of Scripture, oil is never merely a commodity. Oil carries associations with anointing, consecration, divine favor, spiritual empowerment, and overflow.
The Anatomy of the Oil
- CONSECRATION $\rightarrow$ Set apart for a higher purpose.
- EMPOWERMENT $\rightarrow$ Fueled with higher capacity.
- OVERFLOW $\rightarrow$ Designed to move beyond the individual.
To “dip your foot in oil” means that everywhere you step, you naturally leave an imprint of divine favor and resource.
Asher’s blessing is not a lesson in cheap economic prosperity. It is a description of spiritual richness. It is the capacity to carry something immensely valuable, deeply life-giving, and structurally designed to nourish a starving collective.
This is why Asher’s bread matters just as much as Asher’s oil.
- The oil identifies the endowment.
- The bread reveals what the endowment becomes when it is shared.
Inheritance vs. Achievement: The Shift of the Sovereign
Modern culture is a relentless engine of achievement. It wires your brain to constantly evaluate yourself through the lens of effort, grit, and production.
The Soul Star Chakra arrives to completely dismantle this exhausting paradigm by introducing the law of inheritance.
- ACHIEVEMENT $\rightarrow$ Based on independent human effort. Asks: What have I earned?
- INHERITANCE $\rightarrow$ Based on eternal relationship. Asks: What have I received?
This distinction alters your entire internal economy.
A child does not work a job, hit quotas, or negotiate a contract to receive a family inheritance. The inheritance exists because of relationship. It is received before it is managed.
Scripture uses precisely this language when discussing spiritual gifts:
“Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us…”
— Romans 12:6
Notice the language. The gifts are given. They are also different.
One carries prophecy. Another ministry. Another teaching. Another exhortation. Another generosity. Another leadership. Another mercy.
The treasury is not identical from person to person because divine inheritance is not mass-produced.
In the exact same way, the highest and most transformative gifts of your soul are not merely the product of conscious human effort. The human challenge is not simply creating gifts from nothing; the challenge is recognizing, developing, governing, and properly expressing what has been given.
Unearthing the Forgotten Gifts
Many individuals spend decades walking through a desert of identity confusion, completely disconnected from their deepest capabilities.
This disconnection doesn’t necessarily occur because the gifts are missing. Sometimes the gifts have simply been buried beneath the noise of survival.
From childhood, the world trains your system to master competition, performance, defense, and comparison. These dense frequencies can create a thick layer of static that obscures your original Soul Star coordinates. You begin measuring your worth by what you lack rather than by what you are already transporting.
This is why Paul’s instruction to Timothy is so important:
“Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee…”
— 2 Timothy 1:6
Paul does not tell Timothy to manufacture a gift. He tells him to stir up what is already there.
That is Soul Star language:
- Remember.
- Recognize.
- Reactivate.
- Steward.
The Soul Star Chakra reverses the configuration of deficiency. It commands your attention to step away from lack and recognize abundance—not abundance as reckless excess or consumerist greed, but abundance as functional capacity: the undeniable internal architecture that allows you to contribute something of real significance to the world.
Even Proverbs recognizes the power of what a person carries:
“A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.”
— Proverbs 18:16
The gift creates movement when it is allowed to function.
The Treasury of the Soul: Every Soul Carries Treasure
One of the most foundational laws of the Soul Star Chakra is that no soul arrives empty. Every individual carries capacities capable of becoming service.
Scripture describes spiritual endowment not as a rare privilege possessed by a select spiritual elite, but as a diverse distribution of gifts:
“Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit…. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.”
— 1 Corinthians 12:4, 7
This completely changes how we understand giftedness. Different people carry different expressions, but the gift is never intended to terminate inside the person carrying it.
The Channels of Expression
- Wisdom
- Healing
- Creativity
- Leadership
- Compassion
- Teaching
- Discernment
- Service
- Inspired Speech
The cosmic question is never simply whether treasure exists within you. The question is whether you have cleared away enough fear, comparison, false identity, and self-doubt to allow what you carry to flow.
Asher’s blessing serves as a permanent warning that your internal wealth was never designed to be hoarded or hidden away. It must find an outlet.
The True Spiritual Purpose of Overflow
Human greed views abundance as accumulation—possessing more than your neighbor, lock-boxing resources, and exploiting assets for personal competitive advantage.
Scripture and the Soul Star reveal an entirely different sequence for abundance:
$$\text{ABUNDANCE} \longrightarrow \text{OVERFLOW} \longrightarrow \text{PROVISION} \longrightarrow \text{MULTIPLIED BLESSING}$$
This is the hidden architecture of Asher.
- His bread becomes nourishment.
- His oil becomes overflow.
- His blessing becomes something others can experience.
This principle is embedded directly within Paul’s teaching concerning spiritual gifts. The manifestation of Spirit is given “to profit withal”—for collective benefit.
The highest expression of abundance is therefore generosity. This goes far beyond financial transactions. It includes generosity of wisdom, creativity, compassion, leadership, teaching, insight, healing, encouragement, and service.
Your spiritual gifts become operational when they cross the border from self-interest into the service of others.
The Uncompromising Law of Stewardship
Every piece of divine inheritance carries an equal weight of responsibility. This is the heavy law hidden directly inside the oil of Asher:
Inheritance is not merely personal ownership. Inheritance creates stewardship.
Peter states the principle with extraordinary clarity:
“As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards…”
— 1 Peter 4:10
There is an entire spiritual governmental system contained within that single verse:
$$\text{RECEIVE} \longrightarrow \text{GIFT} \longrightarrow \text{MINISTER} \longrightarrow \text{STEWARD}$$
- You receive something.
- What you receive becomes your gift.
- The gift creates capacity for service (ministering).
- Your use of that gift reveals the quality of your stewardship.
The Soul Star therefore forbids you from asking: How can I exploit my spiritual gifts to build my own personal empire or feed my vanity?
It forces you to ask: How can I execute my stewardship over this endowment with integrity?
The Stewardship Balance
- THE INHERITANCE: The gifts placed in your care.
- THE ACCOUNTABILITY: The requirement to govern and use them wisely.
Jesus expresses this law plainly:
“For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required…”
— Luke 12:48
Blessing and responsibility are twins. The larger the inheritance, the greater the stewardship. The more potent the gift, the greater the responsibility to govern its expression. The greater the capacity, the greater the requirement for integrity.
This realization cleanses abundance of lower-ego greed, transforming natural gifts into sacred, targeted mission.
The Gift Buried in the Ground
Jesus develops this law even further in the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14–30).
A master entrusts resources to his servants according to their respective capacities. Two servants put what they receive into operation. One does not.
He buries it.
That distinction is crucial. The condemned servant is not empty; he is entrusted. He possesses something of value but allows fear to govern his relationship with what he has received.
“And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth…”
— Matthew 25:25
This is one of the clearest biblical pictures of a blocked Soul Star inheritance. The gift exists. The capacity exists. The opportunity exists. But fear turns stewardship into burial.
The question therefore becomes much more serious than What gifts do I have?
The deeper question is: What have I buried?
- What wisdom have you refused to share?
- What creativity have you continually postponed?
- What leadership have you surrendered because visibility frightened you?
- What insight have you silenced because others might not understand it?
- What capacity have you mistaken for something ordinary simply because it came naturally to you?
The Soul Star does not merely reveal treasure. It demands that buried treasure be brought back into circulation.
Giving Back What Was Entrusted
Within the unfolding taxonomy of the 18-ChakraVerse, the soul’s internal government has successfully marched from the bedrock of the earth into the stars:
- Earth Star (Judah + Levi): Establishes your eternal covenant bedrock.
- Navel (Reuben): Forges your internal self-governance.
- Sentinel (Gad): Fortifies your protective boundaries.
- High Heart (Benjamin): Rests in the sanctuary of unconditional love.
- Veil (Dan): Grants perception beyond illusion.
- High Throat (Naphtali): Activates the power of inspired speech.
- Causal (Simeon): Distills lived consequence into permanent wisdom.
- Soul Star (Asher): Unlocks the treasury of divine inheritance.
By the time consciousness reaches Asher, the question is no longer merely whether you can survive, govern, discern, speak, or learn.
The question becomes: What will you do with everything those experiences have prepared you to carry?
The progression now reaches the treasury. But the treasury is not the destination—distribution is.
That is why Asher produces bread. That is why Asher walks in oil. That is why Peter commands the recipient of a gift to become its steward. And that is why Jesus warns that what has been entrusted cannot lawfully remain buried.
The Hidden Foundation of Divine Inheritance
The Soul Star Chakra ultimately introduces one of the most radical shifts in self-understanding: You stop approaching life exclusively as someone trying to get something and begin approaching life as someone responsible for carrying something.
That is the shift from deficiency to inheritance. From inheritance to stewardship. From stewardship to service. From service to overflow.
The biblical architecture is remarkably consistent:
- Asher receives abundance. (Genesis 49:20)
- Asher walks in oil. (Deuteronomy 33:24)
- Human beings receive differing gifts. (Romans 12:6)
- Those gifts are intended for collective benefit. (1 Corinthians 12:4–7)
- The gift must be stirred up. (2 Timothy 1:6)
- The recipient becomes a steward. (1 Peter 4:10)
- What is entrusted must not be buried. (Matthew 25:14–30)
- And where much is given, much is required. (Luke 12:48)
This is the hidden foundation of divine inheritance. Asher stands as an unyielding celestial witness to a truth the soul must eventually integrate:
You did not arrive empty. You arrived carrying something.
Something was entrusted.
Something must be remembered.
Something must be developed.
Something must be governed.
And ultimately, something must be given.
The unique oil you carry was never meant to remain locked inside your vault. It was meant to pour.
