Remedy Protocol for the Solar Plexus Center
By Alchemist Iris Chapman
The Core Wound: “I feel powerless, unseen, or unsure of who I am.”
The Realignment: You are not here to prove your power. You are here to stand in it.
Operational Focus: Identity, Sovereign Power & Disciplined Leadership.
There is a distinct exhaustion that comes from auditioning for your own life.
It happens when your center of gravity drifts outside your body. You begin scanning rooms to see who approves of you, over-explaining simple choices, shrinking to keep others comfortable, or constantly asserting yourself just to prove you take up space.
When you feel unseen or disconnected from your identity, the instinct is often to go to war: force an outcome, dominate a room, or construct an impenetrable armor. Yet reactionary force is not strength—it is fear wearing a mask.
The Solar Plexus is not an amplifier for performative confidence. It is a furnace of quiet, unshakeable sovereignty.
Diagnosing the Core Fracture
When the Solar Plexus is offline or leaking energy, identity becomes negotiable. You fluctuate between two destabilizing extremes:
| The Deficient State (The Ghost) | The Compensating State (The Enforcer) |
| Chronic self-doubt and indecision | Urgent need to control environments and people |
| Apologizing for taking up space | Demanding constant external validation and deference |
| Abdicating decisions to others to avoid blame | Equating volume, aggression, or dominance with authority |
| Feeling like a background character in your own story | Burning out through frantic over-achievement |
Both expressions stem from the exact same lie: that your authority is something granted to you by external consensus.
True sovereignty requires no external permission slip. The moment you attempt to prove you are worthy of respect, you concede that the outside world holds the gavel.
The Architecture of the Shift

[ THE SOVEREIGN CORE ] ───> Discernment ──> Self-Possession ──> Execution ──> True Authority
Moving from powerlessness to authentic leadership is not an act of inflation. It is an act of reclamation.
- Identity is not discovered; it is inhabited. You do not need to “find yourself” in abstract theories. You find yourself in the decisions you are willing to own.
- Power is not volume; it is weight. The most commanding presence in any room is rarely the loudest. It is the one least destabilized by external pushback.
- Leadership is not dominance; it is stewardship. Aligned Solar Plexus leadership does not manipulate or intimidate. It provides clarity, sets immaculate boundaries, and executes without apology.
Sovereign Recalibration: Daily Integration
To anchor your will back into your physical center, move through three distinct phases:
1. Locate the Leak (The Audit)
Notice where you are currently seeking permission. Are you over-explaining an email? Are you hesitating on a critical decision because someone might disagree? Identify the exact situations where you forfeit your agency to avoid friction.
2. Hold the Center (The Sacred Pause)
When fear tempts you to shrink or strike out defensively, drop your focus straight into your upper stomach. Take one slow, deliberate breath into the solar plexus. Remind yourself: I have nothing to prove, nothing to defend, and nowhere to hide.
3. Act with Sovereign Simplicity
Stop debating your worth and start exercising your volition in concrete ways:
- Say “no” without an elaborate justification.
- Make a clean decision on an issue you’ve been delaying, and shoulder the outcome completely.
- Speak your position plainly once, without repeating or overselling it.
The Sovereign Creed
You were never meant to spend your days begging the world to notice your light.
Stop performing. Stop bracing for resistance. Let the opinions of others fall away like ash, and anchor your feet into the ground beneath you.
Power is not a trophy to be won from the world. It is the simple, radical decision to occupy yourself fully.
Stand.
