Positioned at the outer perimeter of the Inner Kingdom, the Sentinel Constitutional Realm acts as the vigilant guard at the threshold between experience and response.

This Constitution creates the governmental framework through which every citizen of the Sentinel Realm may learn to distinguish genuine warnings from ordinary discomfort, evaluate patterns rather than performances, report information to the governing system without usurping royal authority, and maintain unshakeable perimeter sovereignty without surrendering to paranoia or fear.

The Sentinel Constitutional Realm is hereby established as a specialized defensive and perceptual Constitutional Realm of the Inner Kingdom.
