Recognizing that an unfortified kingdom invites chaos while an overly panicked kingdom creates its own prison, we affirm that the capacity to listen to patterns, boundaries, timing, and internal warnings is the essential protective discipline of conscious self-governance. Positioned at the outer perimeter of the Inner Kingdom, the Sentinel Constitutional Realm acts as the vigilant guard at the threshold between experience and response.
This Constitution creates the governmental framework through which every citizen of the Sentinel Realm may learn to distinguish genuine warnings from ordinary discomfort, evaluate patterns rather than performances, report information to the governing system without usurping royal authority, and maintain unshakeable perimeter sovereignty without surrendering to paranoia or fear.

The Sentinel Constitutional Realm is hereby established as a specialized defensive and perceptual Constitutional Realm of the Inner Kingdom.

The Sentinel Constitutional Realm exercises lawful authority over:

The Misaligned State exists whenever constitutional authority is exercised outside its lawful jurisdiction or contrary to original design.
