Navel Chakra Healing: Where I Learn to Govern and Choose

The Foundation: The Sacred Reunion of Soul and Creative Intelligence

Will, Discernment, and the Formation of Inner Authority

Opening

There is a place within me
that has already learned how to feel.

Emotion has moved.
Desire has spoken.
Experience has unfolded.

But now something else emerges.

A pause.
A space between impulse and action.

A question I did not ask before:

Am I willing to choose what I do with what I feel?

Because feeling is no longer enough.

Movement has happened.

Now—

it must be governed.

The Navel Chakra in the 18-Chakra System

Wisdom of Solomon, Golden Amber, Fire Stabilized by Earth

The Navel Chakra is the activated field of self-governance within embodiment.

It is:

  • Not inherited at birth
  • Developed through pressure and experience
  • Stabilized through discipline and refinement
  • Activated through conscious participation

If the Sacral is movement,
the Navel is deliberation within movement.

It governs:

  • Discernment before action
  • Regulation of emotional impulse
  • Formation of will
  • Boundary development
  • The ability to choose rather than react

This is the next structure of incarnation.

Not how I feel—

but what I do with what I feel.

Movement Becomes Decision

There is a law that governs the system:

What is felt must eventually be governed.

The Sacral establishes movement.
The Navel establishes direction within that movement.

Without the Navel:

  • Emotion drives action
  • Desire overrides wisdom
  • Boundaries collapse
  • Power becomes reactive

Because I may feel deeply—

but I do not yet know how to choose wisely within what I feel.

Adam, Eve, and the Structure of the Navel

At the Navel level, experience becomes governed rather than reactive.

Adam (Will / Intention) now chooses.
Eve (Creative Intelligence / Holy Spirit) now regulates.

Emotion is no longer just felt.

It is processed, evaluated, and directed.

And here, another principle becomes visible:

Melchizedek — the Architect of Structure

He does not remove emotion.
He does not suppress desire.

He ensures:

  • The will has a center
  • The self has structure
  • Power does not become chaos
  • Emotion does not dictate identity

If alignment is present—
will becomes steady.

If alignment is fractured—
will becomes reactive.

This is not judgment.

This is governance.

The Sacred Function of the Navel Chakra

The Navel governs:

  • Choice after feeling
  • Restraint before reaction
  • Stability within pressure
  • Identity formation through discipline

Its nature is structured containment:

  • Fire that does not burn out of control
  • Strength that does not dominate
  • Will that does not collapse

This is not theoretical power.

This is lived authority.

The kind that determines:

Can I hold myself steady when life applies pressure?

Aligned Navel Chakra — Living Through Governance

When the Navel Chakra stabilizes, it establishes internal authority.

This can feel like:

  • Calm decision-making under pressure
  • Boundaries without aggression
  • Emotional awareness without reactivity
  • Discipline without rigidity
  • Confidence without dominance

This is not control.

This is self-governance.

Because with alignment:

  • Emotion becomes data
  • Desire becomes directional
  • Power becomes responsible
  • Action becomes intentional

The Navel does not react.

It decides.

Shadow in Service — Learning Through Pressure

Before the Navel stabilizes, it introduces pressure.

This can feel like:

  • Internal conflict between desire and restraint
  • Frustration with delayed results
  • Difficulty maintaining discipline
  • Emotional reactivity followed by reflection
  • Struggle with boundaries

This is not failure.

This is calibration.

Because without pressure:

  • Will does not strengthen
  • Discipline does not develop
  • Authority does not form

The Navel does not rush.

It trains.

Misaligned Navel Chakra — When I Refuse to Govern Myself

When the Navel Chakra is distorted, I experience:

  • Impulsive decision-making
  • Weak or inconsistent boundaries
  • Emotional reactivity driving action
  • Difficulty delaying gratification
  • Loss of internal authority

I may try to:

  • Avoid responsibility
  • Act purely on feeling
  • Control others instead of governing myself
  • Collapse under pressure

But without the Navel:

power cannot be trusted.

Why the Navel Chakra Activates the System

If this field is unstable:

  • The Solar Plexus cannot express power cleanly
  • The Heart cannot trust connection
  • The Throat cannot speak with authority
  • The system becomes reactive instead of directed

Everything becomes inconsistent.

Because will has not been formed.

Chakra & Energy Healing Focus

The Navel Chakra is significant because:

it determines whether I can govern the life I am living.

When this center is aligned:

  • I choose instead of react
  • I hold boundaries without fear
  • I act with clarity and restraint
  • I trust my internal authority

When it is not:

  • I feel scattered or reactive
  • I struggle with discipline
  • I give my power away
  • I act before I am centered

This is where I learn:

I am not here to be driven by life.
I am here to direct it.

Navel Chakra Regulation Practice — Establishing Inner Authority

Place one hand on your navel.

Breathe slowly into the belly.

Do not rush.
Do not react.

Simply notice:

The space between feeling and action.

Then affirm:

I choose my response with clarity.
I hold steady within pressure.
I govern my will with wisdom.

Stay there.

Not forcing.

Not avoiding.

Only choosing.

Closing Reflection

The Navel Chakra does not ask me what I feel.

It asks:

Am I willing to take responsibility for what I feel?

Because after movement—
comes decision.

After emotion—
comes governance.

And when I stop reacting to life
and begin choosing within it—

my life becomes something I can lead.

🔥 Closing Benediction

May my will be steady and my choices be clear.
May my strength be calm and my actions be aligned.
May I stand firm within myself without resistance—

and learn, fully and without fear—

to govern and to choose.

I truly enjoy learning natural methods to manage my health, from my experience managing my physical health has been much easier than my mental health. Not that i am mentally ill, but I do experience anxiety most days from my crazy life.

Navel Chakra does sound like something I really need, I fit your examples of life without Naval Chakra to a tee. My emotions does take control of my brain when i become overwhelmed, so I am going to seriously try Naval Chakra.

Reading your article has been an eye-opening experience for me, I will be sharing this article and your website on my Facebook page.

Jeff, I really appreciate how honestly you shared that—because what you described is exactly where the Navel Chakra work becomes real and practical, not just theoretical.

      What you’re noticing—
that your emotions take over your thinking when you’re overwhelmed
that’s the Navel Chakra in action.

This center isn’t about not feeling.
It’s about who is governing when feeling arises.

Right now, from what you described, it sounds like:

      emotion → becomes the decision-maker

      overwhelm → becomes the authority

      reaction → replaces choice

And that’s exhausting over time, especially with a “crazy life” constantly feeding more input into your system.

What the Navel Chakra does is introduce a new structure:

???? I can feel everything… without handing control over to it.

      That’s the shift.

      Not suppression.
      Not avoidance.
      But governance.

      What you’re already doing right

You mentioned you’ve had more success managing physical health than mental/emotional health—that actually makes sense.

      Physical systems are:

      visible

      measurable

      routine-driven

      Mental/emotional systems are:

      fast

      reactive

      often unconscious

So when you begin Navel Chakra work, you’re essentially doing this:

You’re bringing structure (like you did with physical health)…
      into your emotional world.

A simple way to start (keep it practical)

When anxiety rises, don’t try to “fix it” immediately.

Instead, pause and introduce one question:

???? “What am I about to do because of this feeling?”

      That question alone:

      separates you from the emotion

puts you back in the position of chooser

      interrupts the automatic loop

      Then follow it with:

???? “Do I actually want to choose that?”

That’s Navel Chakra activation in real time.

      Important distinction (this is key)

You’re not trying to eliminate anxiety.

      You’re learning:

      anxiety can exist

      pressure can exist

      overwhelm can exist

…but they don’t get to make decisions for you anymore.

That’s where your power starts stabilizing.

One more thing I want to highlight

      The fact that you said:

“I’m going to seriously try Navel Chakra”

      That’s already the chakra activating.

      Because the Navel Chakra is:

      decision

      commitment

      directional will

So you didn’t just resonate with the idea—you chose engagement.

      That matters.

And I appreciate you sharing and wanting to pass it on—that tells me this isn’t just landing intellectually for you, it’s registering as something useful, which is always the goal here.

If you stay consistent with even small moments of awareness like this, you’ll start noticing:

the space between feeling and action gets wider
      your responses become more intentional
and anxiety loses its authority, even if it still shows up

      That’s real progress.
