Interestingly, the Water Bearer is not carrying water for personal consumption.

The Gift of Visionary Thinking
The primary gift Aquarius offers Adam is visionary thinking.
Visionary thinking differs from imagination.
Imagination creates possibilities.
Visionary thinking recognizes possibilities that can become reality.
The Water Bearer sees connections others overlook.
Patterns others ignore.
Solutions others dismiss.
The kingdom grows because someone is willing to question what everyone else accepts.
Aquarius teaches Adam that progress begins when assumptions are examined.
The Shadow of Aquarius
Every kingdom tool can become distorted.

Aquarius is the eleventh of the Thirteen Kingdom Tools.
Its responsibility is simple:
Evolve.
