High Throat Chakra Healing: Where I Speak What Is Decreed
The Foundation: The Sacred Reunion of Soul and Creative Intelligence
Divine Decree, Sacred Timing, and the Purification of Authority
Opening
There is a place within me where speech is no longer expression.
It is not communication.
It is not interpretation.
It is not even truth as I understand it.
It is decree.
Not personal,
not emotional—
but sanctioned.
Here, at the High Throat Chakra, I am no longer asking:
Is this true?
I am being asked:
Is this aligned with what Heaven has already spoken?
Because at this level, speech is no longer construction.
It is establishment.
🔵 HIGH THROAT — Divine Transmission, Pure Word
Function: The Word as living current, not correction but revelation
Zechariah — Aligned
John — Aligned
This is where speech becomes reality-bearing, not reactive.
The High Throat Chakra in the 18-Chakra System
The High Throat Chakra does not refine expression.
It transcends it.
It is not inherited.
It is not learned through communication.
It is not accessed through confidence.
It is granted through purification.
By the time I reach this gate, I have already:
- Anchored into the body (Earth Star)
- Stabilized survival (Root)
- Regulated emotion (Sacral)
- Directed instinct (Navel)
- Established boundaries (Sentinel)
- Refined identity and will (Solar Plexus)
- Proven relational integrity (Heart)
- Stabilized compassion (High Heart)
- Cleansed perception (Veil)
- Disciplined expression (Throat)
Only then can speech be elevated.
Below this center:
I speak what is true.
At this center:
I speak what is already established.
This is the next threshold.
Expression becomes proclamation.
The Adam & Eve Dynamic in the High Throat Chakra
At the Throat, Adam and Eve learned to govern expression.
At the High Throat, they learn to remove themselves from it.
Adam (Will) no longer decides what to say.
He submits to what has already been spoken.
Eve (Holy Spirit / Creative Intelligence) no longer refines truth into communication alone.
She refines:
- Timing
- Tone
- Resonance
- Delivery
- Impact
She asks:
Is this sanctioned?
Is this the moment?
Will this transform—or disrupt prematurely?
At this level:
Speech is no longer responsibility alone.
It is alignment with divine order.
Together, they become:
A voice that does not originate truth—
but announces it.
The Sacred Function of the High Throat Chakra
The High Throat governs:
- Divine decree
- Sacred proclamation
- Alignment with higher law
- Speech without ego
- The establishment of reality through sound
This is not communication.
This is authority in its purified form.
If the Throat disciplines speech,
the High Throat sanctifies it.
Not emotionally—
but cosmically.
Aligned Expression — Speaking Only What Is Sanctioned
When my High Throat Chakra is aligned, I become restrained in a new way.
I:
- Speak less, but with greater impact
- Refuse to add personal opinion to truth
- Sense when silence is required
- Deliver words with precision and timing
- Allow speech to move through me—not from me
- Trust that not all truth is mine to release
My voice is not expressive.
It is exact.
I do not speak to share.
I speak when it is time.
Shadow in Service — The Purification of Authority
Before the High Throat stabilizes, it introduces pressure.
This can feel like:
- Wanting to speak from spiritual insight prematurely
- Confusing intuition with authority
- Speaking truth with subtle ego attachment
- Feeling urgency to declare or correct
- Testing restraint in communication
- Becoming aware of performative spirituality
This is not failure.
This is purification.
Because without pressure:
Authority cannot refine
Speech cannot empty itself of ego
Alignment cannot stabilize at higher levels
The High Throat does not amplify voice.
It filters it.
Misaligned High Throat — When Authority Is Distorted
When the High Throat Chakra is misaligned, speech becomes dangerous in subtle ways.
It can appear as:
- Speaking as if divinely authorized without alignment
- Mixing personal opinion with spiritual truth
- Over-declaring or exaggerating spiritual insight
- Using “spiritual language” to control or influence
- Performing authority instead of embodying it
- Forcing timing instead of honoring it
In this state:
I am not aligned with decree.
I am imitating it.
And what feels like authority
becomes distortion at a higher level.
Why the High Throat Sanctifies the System
The High Throat is the gate of manifestation through decree.
If it is unstable:
- Truth becomes misrepresented at higher levels
- Authority becomes performative
- Speech disrupts instead of establishes
- Timing is violated
Because without purified authority:
Even aligned truth
can be released incorrectly.
The High Throat ensures:
Only what is sanctioned
is spoken into reality.
The Initiation of Decree — The Discipline of Silence
This is the stage where I realize:
Not everything that is true
is mine to say.
Just as speech required discipline,
so does authority.
This is not silence from fear.
This is reverence.
At the High Throat:
I do not rush to declare.
I do not speak to validate insight.
I do not use words to demonstrate awareness.
I learn:
That what is spoken
must already be established beyond me.
Chakra & Energy Healing Focus
The High Throat Chakra is significant because it determines whether truth can be carried without distortion from self.
This is where:
Truth becomes decree
Speech becomes law
Alignment becomes authority
If this center is unstable:
I overstep
I misrepresent higher truth
I weaken spiritual integrity
Healing the High Throat restores:
- Precise, ego-free speech
- Reverence for timing
- Authority without performance
- Silence as strength
This is where I learn:
Speaking is not the power—
alignment is.
High Throat Chakra Healing Practices
Silence as Mastery
Practice not speaking when insight arises immediately
Speech Filtering
Ask: Is this mine to say—or mine to hold?
Timing Awareness
Develop sensitivity to when words are ready
Ego Removal Practice
Speak only what remains after personal attachment is removed
EFT Tapping Sequence — High Throat Alignment
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called “tapping,” is a mind-body practice that combines focused awareness with gentle tapping on specific energy meridian points of the body. Tapping helps calm the nervous system, release emotional tension, and bring awareness to thoughts, emotions, and energetic patterns that may be stored in the body. Many people use EFT for stress relief, emotional healing, grounding, confidence, fear release, and chakra balancing.
✨ How to Practice EFT Tapping
- Pause & Notice
Bring awareness to what you are feeling emotionally, mentally, or physically. Name the emotion honestly without judgment. - Rate the Intensity
On a scale from 1–10, notice how strong the feeling feels in your body. - Create a Setup Statement
Repeat a statement while tapping the side of the hand (karate chop point):
“Even though I feel this fear/stress/tension, I deeply and completely accept myself.” - Tap Through the Points
Gently tap 5–7 times on each point while repeating a reminder phrase:- Top of Head
- Eyebrow
- Side of Eye
- Under Eye
- Under Nose
- Chin
- Collarbone
- Under Arm
- Take a Deep Breath
Pause, breathe deeply, and notice any shifts in emotion, thought, or physical sensation. - Repeat as Needed
Continue tapping until the intensity begins to soften and the body feels more calm, clear, and grounded.
EFT tapping is not about forcing emotions away—it is about creating a safe space for the body, mind, and energy system to process and release what is ready to move.
Round 1 — Release
Even though I have spoken from my own authority,
I allow myself to become aware.
Even though I have felt the need to declare truth,
I release the pressure to speak prematurely.
Even though I have mixed my voice with alignment,
I choose purification.
Round 2 — Restoration
My voice is becoming clear
My speech is becoming precise
I am aligning with what is already established
Round 3 — Embodiment
I speak only what is sanctioned
I honor timing in all things
My voice carries alignment, not ego
Closing Reflection
The High Throat Chakra is not where I gain more authority.
It is where I stop claiming it.
It is where I learn that speech is not proven
by what I know—
…but by what I am allowed to carry.
And when that alignment is complete,
my voice no longer expresses truth—
It establishes it.
🌟 Closing Benediction
May my voice be restrained.
May my words be exact.
May my speech carry no distortion.
May I not speak from self—
but from alignment.
And may my voice
become the instrument
through which truth
is established in the world.

Which Chakra Persona is Running Your Life Right Now?

This was a lesson for me because I find myself in conversations where I’m speaking in a manner that seems legit at the time but leaves me in deep thought later questioning whether my speech added or took away from the interaction. Learning this high throat chakra adds so much value to my career as an educator. Being able to really master communication to be effective is a huge asset for effective learning.
I don’t enjoy the need to be correct and I fell like that leads to the performance factor you spoke of. Being authentic in speech has become so important in my later years of life. Being mindful of working on the high chakra has my eyes open to become what God has called me to be
Shannon, this reflection carries a great deal of wisdom and self-awareness. What you described—realizing after a conversation that your words may not have fully aligned with your deeper truth—is actually part of the awakening process of the High Throat Chakra. Many people speak automatically from habit, pressure, performance, or the need to be perceived a certain way. The fact that you pause afterward and reflect already shows that your inner discernment is becoming more active.
I especially appreciate what you said about education. As an educator, your words do more than transfer information—they shape emotional safety, confidence, perception, and even identity in the people listening to you. The High Throat Chakra is not simply about speaking more; it is about speaking from alignment. Sometimes the most powerful communication comes from clarity, sincerity, timing, and presence rather than from needing to sound impressive or “correct.”
What you said about the “performance factor” is deeply important. Many people confuse communication with performance, but authentic speech has a very different energy. Performance seeks validation. Authentic speech seeks truth and connection. One leaves us drained and overthinking afterward, while the other tends to leave us feeling peaceful, even if the conversation was difficult.
I also believe later years of life often bring a sacred refinement to communication. We begin to realize that every word carries weight. Not because we must be perfect, but because speech creates atmosphere. It can heal, encourage, guide, distort, wound, reveal, or conceal. The High Throat Chakra asks us to become conscious of that creative power.
One gentle practice that may help is pausing briefly before speaking and asking inwardly:
“Am I speaking to perform, defend, impress, or genuinely express truth?”
That tiny moment of awareness can completely shift the energy of a conversation.
And after conversations, instead of judging yourself harshly, it can help to simply reflect:
Did my words create clarity or confusion?
Did I speak from fear or alignment?
Did I remain connected to myself while communicating?
That kind of compassionate reflection strengthens the chakra without creating shame around growth.
Your final statement about becoming what God has called you to be beautifully reflects the higher function of this chakra. The High Throat is not only about communication—it is about becoming a vessel for aligned expression, where speech begins to match inner truth more consistently over time.
Thank you for sharing this so openly. I think many people, especially those in teaching, leadership, caregiving, or guiding roles, will resonate deeply with what you expressed.
