Ignorance Is the Constitutional Problem

Bible Decode: I Corinthians 12:1–11

By Alchemist Iris Chapman

The Constitutional Distribution of Governing Offices Within the Inner Kingdom

“Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.”

I Corinthians 12:1

Within the 18-ChakraVerse, I Corinthians 12 is not primarily a discussion about supernatural abilities bestowed upon selected individuals. It is a constitutional lesson concerning lawful administration within the Inner Kingdom.

Paul immediately identifies the true root issue: “I do not want you to be ignorant.”

Constitutional disorder almost always begins with ignorance. When Adam does not understand how the government of the Inner Kingdom is organized, temporary personas begin assuming authority that belongs strictly to permanent constitutional offices.

  • Emotional reactions become rulers.
  • Fear becomes governor.
  • Pride becomes judge.
  • Trauma becomes legislator.
  • Habit becomes king.

The Father’s constitutional government was never designed to function this way. Paul begins his instruction by restoring structural understanding.

Remembering Foreign Governments

Paul reminds the Corinthians of their history:

“You know that when you were Gentiles, you were carried away unto these dumb idols…”

I Corinthians 12:2

Within the 18-ChakraVerse, the “nations” represent foreign governing systems operating within consciousness. These rogue systems arise through a variety of lower influences:

  • Family traditions and inherited patterns of governance
  • Religious conditioning and cultural expectations
  • Political ideologies
  • Emotional survival mechanisms

All of these invite Adam to organize the kingdom around an unlawful constitutional order. Before permanent constitutional offices can function properly, these foreign governments must first be recognized. One cannot restore lawful governance while unknowingly serving competing constitutions.

The First Test of Constitutional Alignment

Paul immediately establishes the foundational test: every governing intention must agree with the Father. The question is never merely, “What power is operating?”

The true constitutional question is: What government does this power serve?

Within the 18-ChakraVerse, constitutional alignment asks only one thing: Does the governing intention behind this office align with the Father’s Original Design? Power alone proves nothing; governments are identified by their underlying intention.

Diversity Without Division

“There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.”

I Corinthians 12:4

This sentence beautifully describes constitutional federalism. Every chakra governs a distinct jurisdiction with its own responsibilities, authority, assignments, and methods of administration. Yet every office serves one overarching Constitution.

Uniformity was never the goal—harmony was.

The Father did not create eighteen identical constitutional offices; He created eighteen complementary jurisdictions. Government becomes healthy precisely because every office performs what another office cannot.

One Spirit, Many Administrations

Paul expands this architecture through three dimensions: different gifts, different ministries, and different operations—all energized by one Spirit. This mirrors the constitutional layout of the 18-ChakraVerse:

Constitutional RealmPrimary Governing Function
Root ChakraEmbodiment & grounding
Sacral ChakraCreative relationship
Solar Plexus ChakraLawful personal authority
Heart ChakraCovenantal love
Throat ChakraTruthful administration
Third Eye ChakraPerception & discernment
Crown ChakraSurrender to divine authority

(The remaining constitutional realms extend governance into increasingly refined dimensions of spiritual maturity.)

Each office administers its given jurisdiction. No office replaces another, nor does any office compete with another. Each contributes directly to the health of the entire government.

Manifestations Are Administrative Functions

Verse 7 states: “The manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.”

Within constitutional language, a manifestation is simply administration becoming visible. A governing office exists for service—not for prestige, personal identity, or individual superiority. An office exists because the kingdom requires a particular function.

Every manifestation serves constitutional order, contributing something the whole kingdom requires for collective flourishing.

The Nine Manifestations as Constitutional Expressions

Paul lists nine distinct manifestations in verses 8–10:

  • Wisdom — Reflects mature constitutional judgment.
  • Knowledge — Reflects lawful perception.
  • Faith — Establishes constitutional confidence.
  • Healing — Restores constitutional integrity.
  • Miracles — Reveals constitutional authority overriding lower governing systems.
  • Prophecy — Proclaims constitutional alignment.
  • Discerning of Spirits — Protects governmental boundaries.
  • Diverse Tongues — Expresses multi-jurisdictional communication.
  • Interpretation — Brings lawful understanding to administrative decrees.

These are not independent supernatural talents floating freely through the kingdom. They are constitutional expressions emerging through properly aligned offices.

Permanent Offices vs. Situational Manifestations

A crucial architectural distinction emerges here: The constitutional offices remain permanent, while the manifestations appear whenever the kingdom requires them.

This mirrors the fundamental relationship between chakras and personas:

  • The chakra (the constitutional office) remains constant.
  • The persona (the situational administration) adapts.

An aligned Heart Chakra, for example, may express healing today, compassion tomorrow, and courageous forgiveness next week. The office remains constant; its administration adapts according to circumstance.

Distribution According to Constitutional Need

“But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.”

I Corinthians 12:11

The Father does not randomly distribute authority. The Holy Spirit administers constitutional development with extraordinary precision, matching every manifestation to Adam’s present curriculum.

The Circle within the Holy of Holies continually evaluates constitutional maturity. As Adam faithfully governs one office, additional responsibilities naturally emerge. Authority always follows demonstrated stewardship—government is never granted merely because it is desired, but because faithful administration has been proven.

The Architecture of Constitutional Government

I Corinthians 12 reveals one of the clearest structural blueprints in the New Testament. The Inner Kingdom is not governed through rigid uniformity, but through ordered diversity:

$$\text{Permanent Offices} + \text{Situational Manifestations} \xrightarrow{\text{One Spirit}} \text{Constitutional Harmony}$$

As Adam matures, the primary question changes. It is no longer, “What gift do I have?”

Instead, constitutional maturity asks: “Which permanent office is the Father presently governing through, and does the intention behind its administration remain faithful to His Original Design?”

Within the 18-ChakraVerse, that single shift transforms I Corinthians 12 from a simple catalog of spiritual gifts into a binding constitutional charter for the lawful administration of the Inner Kingdom.
