Lawful Retaliation & Self-Reiki
Restoring the Inner Kingdom Through Sacred Presence & Healing Touch
Part of the Lawful Retaliation Healing Series
Many people carry emotional pain inside the body long after the original wound has passed.
Stress settles into the nervous system.
Fear tightens the chest.
Grief weakens the body.
Emotional overload creates exhaustion.
Unprocessed experiences accumulate as energetic heaviness within the kingdom.
Over time, the person may become:
- emotionally reactive,
- spiritually disconnected,
- physically exhausted,
- mentally overwhelmed,
- or energetically fragmented.
This is why restoration must happen not only:
- mentally,
- emotionally,
- or spiritually,
but also:
energetically and physically.
Within the Lawful Retaliation framework, Self-Reiki becomes:
the sacred practice of restoring calm, alignment, and healing presence within the inner kingdom before emotional distortion governs behavior.
Self-Reiki teaches the Prayer Warrior:
- to slow down,
- become present,
- reconnect with the body,
- and consciously participate in healing rather than abandoning the kingdom to overwhelm.
What Is Self-Reiki?
Self-Reiki is the practice of placing the hands on or near the body with:
- intention,
- awareness,
- prayer,
- presence,
- and healing focus
to support:
- relaxation,
- emotional balance,
- energetic restoration,
- nervous-system regulation,
- and inner alignment.
Within this framework, Self-Reiki is not viewed as:
- manipulation of impersonal power,
- personal magical authority,
- or ego-driven spiritual control.
Instead, Self-Reiki becomes:
conscious cooperation with the healing presence of the Most High God within the kingdom.
The Prayer Warrior does not claim ownership over healing.
The Prayer Warrior becomes:
present, receptive, aligned, and intentional.
The Sacred Power of Touch
Throughout scripture, healing often occurs through:
- presence,
- touch,
- intention,
- compassion,
- prayer,
- and alignment.
Jesus repeatedly heals through:
- laying on of hands,
- touch,
- stillness,
- and conscious presence.
Examples often cited include:
- touching the man with leprosy,
- healing the deaf man,
- restoring Peter’s mother-in-law,
- raising Jairus’ daughter,
- and healing through spoken intention even across distance.
The apostles later continue similar practices through:
- laying on of hands,
- prayer,
- and healing ministry.
Within Lawful Retaliation, these moments are understood symbolically as:
the restoration of alignment through sacred presence.
The focus is not on dramatic supernatural performance.
The focus is:
- restoration,
- compassion,
- regulation,
- alignment,
- and conscious healing participation.
Self-Reiki & the Inner Kingdom
Within this framework, the inner kingdom includes:
- the body,
- nervous system,
- emotional field,
- energetic flow,
- thoughts,
- personas,
- and spiritual awareness.
When emotional overload accumulates, the kingdom becomes strained.
People may feel:
- exhausted,
- emotionally flooded,
- disconnected,
- numb,
- anxious,
- heavy,
- or spiritually depleted.
Self-Reiki helps restore:
calm within the kingdom.
The Prayer Warrior uses sacred touch not to escape emotion,
but to:
- soften the nervous system,
- regulate emotional intensity,
- restore embodiment,
- and reconnect with presence.
Self-Reiki & The Prayer Warrior
The Prayer Warrior understands:
healing requires presence.
Many people abandon themselves during emotional pain.
They:
- dissociate,
- numb,
- distract,
- overreact,
- suppress,
- or emotionally collapse.
Self-Reiki teaches the Prayer Warrior to:
remain lovingly present within the kingdom.
This is deeply important.
Because healing often begins when the body finally feels:
- safe,
- witnessed,
- held,
- and supported.
Self-Reiki & the Nervous System
One of the most powerful effects of Self-Reiki is nervous-system calming.
Gentle intentional touch combined with:
- breath,
- stillness,
- awareness,
- and prayer
helps shift the body away from:
- fight-or-flight,
- emotional escalation,
- hypervigilance,
- and overwhelm.
The body begins remembering:
safety.
This is especially important during:
- grief,
- anxiety,
- burnout,
- emotional exhaustion,
- the dark night of the soul,
- and identity transformation.
Self-Reiki & The Dark Night
During:
the cave experience,
wilderness seasons,
and
persona dissolution,
the nervous system often becomes overwhelmed.
Old identities collapse.
The false kingdom weakens.
Emotional certainty disappears.
The person may feel:
- spiritually raw,
- emotionally exhausted,
- lonely,
- frightened,
- or disconnected from themselves.
Self-Reiki becomes:
compassionate grounding during transformation.
The Prayer Warrior learns:
- to remain present,
- soften the body,
- breathe consciously,
- and allow restructuring without abandoning awareness.
This is sacred inner stewardship.

The Prayer Warrior & Sacred Intention
Within this framework, intention matters deeply.
Self-Reiki is not:
- self-glorification,
- egoic spiritual power,
- or dramatic mystical performance.
The Prayer Warrior enters Self-Reiki with:
- humility,
- awareness,
- gratitude,
- prayer,
- and openness to restoration.
The intention becomes:
“I allow the kingdom to return to alignment.”
The Reiki Principles & Lawful Retaliation
The traditional Reiki principles align beautifully with the Prayer Warrior framework.
Just for today:
- do not anger
- do not worry
- be grateful
- work honestly
- be kind
Within Lawful Retaliation, these become:
principles of inner governance.
Not suppression of emotion.
But conscious stewardship of the kingdom.
How To Practice Self-Reiki
Self-Reiki can be practiced daily, even for a few minutes.
Consistency matters more than perfection.
Step 1: Prepare the Space
Find a quiet space.
Sit or lie comfortably.
Take several slow breaths.
Set an intention such as:
“I allow the healing presence of the Most High God to restore balance within the kingdom.”
Step 2: Enter Stillness
Place the hands in prayer position at the heart.
Slow the breath.
Become fully present.
Step 3: Place the Hands Gently
Move through areas of the body slowly.
Hold each position for:
- 3–5 minutes
or - intuitively as needed.
Examples:
- forehead
- throat
- chest
- solar plexus
- stomach
- lower abdomen
Allow the body to soften naturally.
Step 4: Breathe & Observe
Notice:
- warmth,
- tingling,
- emotion,
- tension release,
- nervous-system shifts,
- or deep calm.
Do not force experiences.
Simply remain present.
Step 5: Close With Gratitude
Finish by placing both hands over the heart.
Say quietly:
“I restore peace within the kingdom.”
“I remain present during healing.”
“I allow alignment to return.”
“The kingdom is supported.”
Take several slow breaths before finishing.
The Prayer Warrior & Healing Presence
The Prayer Warrior understands:
healing is not weakness.
Stillness is not weakness.
Gentleness is not weakness.
Presence is not weakness.
The strongest kingdom is not the kingdom that suppresses pain.
It is the kingdom willing to:
- witness pain,
- hold itself compassionately,
- remain grounded,
- and consciously participate in restoration.
Final Reflection
Self-Reiki is not about escaping the kingdom.
It is about:
- returning to it,
- calming it,
- softening it,
- and restoring alignment within it.
The Prayer Warrior lays hands upon the kingdom not in fear,
but in:
- awareness,
- reverence,
- compassion,
- and intentional healing.
Because before emotional overwhelm becomes reaction,
the kingdom must first remember:
it is safe to heal.
