Restoring the Sacral Constitutional Office

The Constitutional Office of the Sacral Chakra
In the architecture of your Inner Kingdom, the Sacral Chakra functions as the Constitutional Office of Relationship, Exchange, Creativity, Emotional Flow, and Sacred Partnership. It governs how Adam enters into relationship with others, receives and offers love, exchanges ideas, experiences joy, and participates in the continual movement of life.
This office was never designed to operate from fear, shame, emotional captivity, or unhealthy attachment. Its Original Design is joyful participation with the Father’s creative order through lawful relationships built upon wisdom, freedom, and mutual honor.

The Eight of Swords portrays the condition in which this office has become constitutionally restricted. The prison is rarely built by external chains alone; more often, it is constructed from internal governing principles—old wounds, false conclusions, inherited beliefs, guilt, fear, rejection, or shame—that quietly dictate how you respond to life.
The Father does not merely remove consequences; He restores constitutional order. Psalm 103 reminds us that forgiveness and healing flow together. When unlawful governing principles are surrendered, the Inner Kingdom becomes free to function according to its Original Design. Today, we enter the Circle not to condemn ourselves, but to allow the Father to examine the governing intention of this constitutional office.
Phase 1: Enter the Circle
- Become comfortably seated.
- Allow your breathing to slow naturally.
- Feel the weight of your body resting upon the Earth.
There is nothing to perform. Nothing to prove. Nothing to earn. Simply become present before the Father.
Imagine yourself entering the Holy of Holies—the Circle of Protected Evaluation. This is the place where truth is revealed without shame, where mercy precedes correction, and where wisdom replaces fear.
Quietly pray:
“Father, I willingly enter Your presence. Search me according to Your perfect wisdom. Reveal only what I am prepared to faithfully steward today.”
Rest in silence.
Phase 2: Invite Constitutional Examination
David prayed, “Examine me, Lord.” Jeremiah declared, “The Lord searches the heart.” Today, you offer the same consent.
Pray slowly:
“Father, examine the Constitutional Office of Relationship within me. Reveal every governing principle that no longer reflects Your Original Design. Bring into the light whatever has quietly governed my relationships, creativity, emotions, desires, or sense of worth. I welcome Your truth because Your purpose is restoration, not condemnation.”
Remain still. Do not force answers—simply observe.
Phase 3: Examine the Governing Intention
Bring your awareness gently toward the lower abdomen and pelvic region—the physical jurisdiction associated with the Sacral Constitutional Office. Do not search for sensations; simply notice.
Questions for Reflection
- Relationships: What relationships currently feel restricted? Where have I stopped trusting?
- Emotional Patterns: What emotional pattern continually repeats? What belief keeps me emotionally imprisoned?
- Identity & Fear: What fear prevents healthy connection? What shame has become part of my identity?
- Kingdom Truth: What have I believed about myself that the Father never declared?
Allow whatever arises to simply be witnessed—without judgment, without argument, and without defense. The Father reveals in order to restore.
Phase 4: Discern the Constitutional Alignment
The Eight of Swords often governs through subtle constitutional lies. Compare the voice of restriction with the voice of the Spirit:

Ask gently: “Father, does this governing principle belong within Your Kingdom?”
Listen. Truth brings clarity; fear demands control. The Spirit gently distinguishes between them.
Phase 5: Receive the Father’s Constitutional Order
Return to Psalm 103: “…who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases.”
Notice the divine order: Forgiveness removes unlawful government; healing restores lawful function.
Imagine every restrictive cord around this constitutional office gently dissolving beneath the Father’s mercy. No struggle. No force. Only truth replacing deception.
Pray:
“Father, I surrender every governing principle that was never established by Your Constitution. Forgive where I have agreed with fear, shame, bitterness, false identity, or emotional captivity. Restore this office according to Your Original Design. Teach me to love freely, create joyfully, receive wisely, and participate fully in the life You have given me.”
Remain quietly in His presence.
Phase 6: Constitutional Declaration
Speak aloud if you are able:
“The Father is restoring lawful governance within my Inner Kingdom.
My relationships are no longer governed by fear but by wisdom.
My emotions serve truth rather than rule over it.
Creativity flows from freedom rather than striving.
I release every foreign governing principle that has occupied this office.
The Sacral Constitutional Office now aligns with the Father’s Original Design.”
Phase 7: Embodied Stewardship
Constitutional restoration always produces faithful action. Today, ask:
- Is there someone I need to forgive?
- Is there a conversation I have avoided?
- Is there joy I have postponed?
- Is there creativity waiting for my consent?
- Is there a relationship requiring healthier boundaries?
- Is there an old story I no longer need to repeat?
Choose one simple act that reflects the Father’s restored government. Small acts of faithful stewardship establish lasting constitutional order.
Closing Prayer
Father,
Thank You for searching my heart with perfect love.
Thank You for revealing what hinders without condemning who I am.
Thank You for forgiving every place where I have governed outside Your Original Design.
Restore every relationship, every affection, every emotion, and every creative gift according to Your wisdom.
May this Constitutional Office serve Your Kingdom with freedom, integrity, joy, and faithful stewardship.
As I continue walking toward conscious co-rulership under Your authority, let every decision increasingly reflect the Constitution of Your Kingdom.
In gratitude, I praise You and remember all Your benefits.
