The High Heart Chakra is the sacred space where love matures into pure devotion. While the standard Heart Chakra teaches us how to love others with warmth and compassion, the High Heart poses a far deeper question:

The Tribe of Benjamin: The Keeper of Devotion
Within the 18-ChakraVerse, the High Heart belongs to the tribe of Benjamin—the tribe whose very name translates to “son of the right hand.” Benjamin represents the faithful companion who remains close to the throne. It is the locus where loyalty is no longer demanded by fear, duty, or obligation, but flows naturally from effortless alignment with divine purpose.
Benjamin occupies a unique position throughout Scripture. Though the youngest son of Jacob, he is repeatedly preserved for covenant purposes, embodying innocence refined through lived experience and strength hidden beneath quiet humility.

There is zero desire to dominate, outperform, or accumulate spiritual status. Every action begins with a single inward inquiry:
“What is Love expressing here?”
Because of this orientation, The Christed One becomes extraordinarily peaceful without ever slipping into passivity:

- They forgive without enabling harm.
- They establish clear boundaries without withdrawing affection.
- They understand that genuine authority is never forceful—it is coherent.
Core Characteristics of The Aligned High Heart
When the High Heart gate is fully aligned, key qualities naturally begin to blossom:

Even when facing betrayal, misunderstanding, and suffering, his life consistently reveals a consciousness rooted in perfect agreement with the Father.
The invitation of the 18-ChakraVerse is not to mechanically imitate external behaviors, but to cultivate the same inner coherence from which those actions naturally spring.
The Energetics of the High Heart
Energetically, this chakra refines the emotional currents of the Heart into unconditional devotion.
- The Ordinary Heart asks: “Can I love?”
- The High Heart asks: “Can I remain love, regardless of circumstances?”
This inner shift changes everything. External approval loses its hold, recognition becomes unnecessary, and identity no longer hinges on success or failure. Love becomes the literal atmosphere in which the soul lives.

To begin aligning with the energy of Benjamin and The Christed One, integrate this simple practice into your morning routine:
- Center: Place both hands gently over the center of your upper chest (just above the sternum).
- Breathe: Take slow, rhythmic breaths into the space beneath your hands.
- Ask: Rather than asking for more love, hold this single question in your heart:“How can Your love move through me today?”
- Listen: Remain still for several moments. Do not rush for an immediate answer—the High Heart speaks softly.
Throughout your day, whenever conflict or tension arises, anchor yourself in one core remembrance: “My calling is not to win. My calling is to remain aligned with Love.”

The Christed One is not someone who has escaped humanity. They have fully entered it—without becoming enslaved by fear, pride, or separation.
Benjamin reminds us that the ultimate expression of spiritual maturity is not extraordinary power, but extraordinary faithfulness. When the High Heart awakens, love ceases to be an occasional feeling and becomes the governing atmosphere of the soul—bringing every fragmented part of yourself into complete harmony with divine love.
