Summer brings an abundance of radiant, unfiltered light. Yet, even in the brightest season of the year, internal shadows can attempt to govern human perception. The Father does not merely increase external illumination to assist us; He teaches Adam how to govern correctly regardless of circumstance.
Within the 18-ChakraVerse, The Moon does not represent inherent evil. Instead, it symbolizes the constitutional season when Adam cannot yet clearly distinguish between illusion and reality. Familiar patterns, inherited assumptions, emotional reactions, and incomplete understanding create shadows that appear authoritative, even though they possess no lawful jurisdiction over your spirit.
Psalm 30 beautifully describes this internal constitutional transition. David speaks of mourning becoming dancing, sackcloth giving way to garments of joy, and temporary darkness yielding to the dawn. Constitutionally, this is the Father’s restoration of proper government after the Solar Plexus surrenders fear-based leadership.
The Constitutional Purpose of the Solar Plexus Chakra
The Solar Plexus Chakra serves as the Constitutional Office of discernment, personal authority, wise decision-making, and conscious stewardship. It governs how Adam exercises lawful dominion within the Inner Kingdom under the Father’s absolute authority.
When aligned with Original Design, this office operates from a place of quiet strength and absolute clarity—free from the noise of ego, inherited fear, or false certainty.
The 8-Step Constitutional Meditation
Step 1: Enter the Circle (The Holy of Holies)
Find a comfortable seated position where your body feels anchored and supported. Allow your spine to lengthen naturally, establishing an upright, dignified posture.
Rest your hands gently over your upper abdomen, just above the navel where the Solar Plexus Chakra resides. Take several slow, intentional breaths. With each inhale, imagine yourself walking toward the Holy of Holies—not a physical location, but the deepest sanctuary of your Inner Kingdom where the Father already reigns supreme.
There is no striving here. No performance. No fear. Only lawful presence.
Silently Pray:
“Father, I willingly enter Your presence. I come not to defend myself but to be governed by Original Design. Let every part of my Inner Kingdom become visible before Your light.”
Remain here for several slow breaths, letting your body settle into peace.
Step 2: Invite the Father’s Examination
Psalm 30 reminds us that seasons change because the Father’s favor restores life. Open your heart and invite Him to examine the current state of your internal government.
Pray Slowly:
“Father, examine the intentions that presently govern my decisions. Reveal every hidden fear, false certainty, emotional assumption, inherited belief, and unconscious agreement that has been exercising authority without Your consent. Nothing hidden can remain hidden before Your wisdom.”
Allow silence to fall over your mind. Notice whatever thoughts, sensations, or memories naturally arise. Do not judge, resist, or rationalise them—simply observe as a neutral witness.
Step 3: Identify the Constitutional Office
Bring your direct awareness to your Solar Plexus. Imagine a vibrant, golden constitutional chamber located at this power center. This is the governmental office responsible for your discernment, courage, stewardship, confidence, and lawful action.
Gently ask: “Who has been governing here?”
Do not search for dramatic or overly complex answers. Pay attention to subtle tones:
- Fear of making mistakes
- Needing everyone’s approval
- Emotional confusion or overthinking
- The urge to control every detail
- Passive waiting or self-doubt
- False confidence or anxiety about the future
Each of these represents a temporary governing persona attempting to administer this constitutional office without true authority. Observe them with compassion rather than condemnation.
Step 4: Observe the Governing Intention
Every persona originally arose in an attempt to protect Adam. Acknowledge this history by asking quietly: “What has this governor been trying to accomplish?”
- Perhaps fear was seeking safety.
- Perhaps perfectionism wanted acceptance.
- Perhaps control was striving for certainty.
- Perhaps hesitation wanted to protect you from failure.
Thank these personas for their earnest attempt to keep you safe. Then, recognize the deeper truth: Protection without constitutional authority eventually becomes limitation. The Father is inviting lawful governance today, not merely protective management.
Step 5: Discern Alignment with Original Design
Now allow the powerful promise of Psalm 30 to speak internally: “You turned my mourning into dancing.”
Ask the Father directly:
“Father, does this governing intention reflect Your Original Design for my stewardship?”
Imagine His uncreated light gently filling your Solar Plexus. Anything built upon illusion or fear slowly begins to dissolve in this radiance. Anything built upon truth becomes brighter and more stable. Notice what remains peaceful within you—truth never fears examination.
Step 6: Surrender Foreign Governance
Picture every unlawful governing authority gently laying down its office within your golden chamber. Fear no longer signs constitutional decisions. Confusion releases its seal. Anxiety relinquishes its jurisdiction, and inherited voices lose their legal standing.
Repeat Slowly:
“Father, I surrender every foreign governing principle that has occupied this constitutional office. I release fear. I release illusion. I release inherited assumptions. I release every authority that did not originate from Your design. Your government alone is lawful within my Inner Kingdom.”
Take several slow, deep breaths. Feel the spaciousness and deep relief created by this surrender.
Step 7: Receive the Father’s Constitutional Intention
Imagine the Father placing a new constitutional commission directly into your hands. It radiates a steady, reassuring golden light.
Hear Him declare over your spirit:
- “Discern with wisdom.”
- “Lead with courage.”
- “Choose with peace.”
- “Govern through truth rather than appearance.”
- “Walk by constitutional understanding rather than emotional illusion.”
Allow these declarations to settle deeply into your energetic body. Feel your Solar Plexus become warm, stable, clear, and confident—not because all external uncertainty has vanished, but because lawful governance has officially returned.
Step 8: Embody the Alignment Through Action
Psalm 30 ends with praise replacing silence. Constitutional alignment always produces practical, earthly action.
Ask: “Father, what single decision today would reflect lawful Solar Plexus governance?”
Wait quietly for an answer to form. Perhaps it is:
- Speaking an honest truth with grace.
- Making a decision you have long postponed.
- Releasing unnecessary control over a loved one or project.
- Taking a courageous step forward despite incomplete certainty.
- Choosing peace over an impulse to be anxious.
Commit yourself to executing that single act today. Small, aligned acts establish enduring internal governments.
Closing Constitutional Prayer
Father, thank You for examining the government of my Inner Kingdom with mercy and truth. Where illusion once governed, establish wisdom. Where fear ruled, establish courage. Where uncertainty dictated my steps, establish confident discernment under Your authority.
Let every decision arise from Original Design rather than inherited illusion. As You turned mourning into dancing in Psalm 30, transform every shadow of confusion into joyful clarity.
May my Solar Plexus become a faithful constitutional office that governs with humility, wisdom, and steadfast trust beneath Your sovereign rule. In every choice I make, may Your government be revealed.
